Normal -> shortbow

Rapid<-always the best...Use sling if you don't want to waste money..its an OK range-training weapon

Rapid fire is better for Lvl 64 ranged.

eg.
Lvl 82 Lesser Demon at Karamja Underground (safe spot)
Lvl 28 Flesh Crawlers & Zombies at 2nd floor of Stronghold of Security (AFK)
Lvl 50 Giant spiders at 3rd floor of Stronghold of Security (AFK, for ranged tank only)

for me i use rapid
